Welcome to Kings Motors Rental. By using our website or booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These rules protect both you (the renter) and us, and help ensure a smooth rental experience.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
• Online bookings via our website or WhatsApp are legally considered rental requests and confirmed once our team approves.

3. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup time.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before pickup.
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup.
• Special events (Eid, holidays, weddings) may have different cancellation rules, which will be communicated at booking.

4. Driver Requirements

• Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age: 21 years (or specify your company rule).
• Additional drivers must also provide valid licenses and identification.
• International drivers may be allowed with a valid international driving permit.

5. Payment Terms & Security Deposit

• Payment can be made in full or partially at booking.
• A security deposit may be held and refunded upon vehicle return in good condition.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Card, Easypaisa/UBL Omni (if applicable).
• Prices are per day unless otherwise stated. Multi-day or weekly discounts may apply if offered.

6. Security Deposit Policy

• A security deposit is required for all rentals and must be paid before vehicle pickup.
• Deposit amount varies by vehicle type (e.g., Rs. 10,000 for Economy cars, Rs. 50,000 for Luxury SUVs).
• Deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as at pickup.
• Damages, missing items, fuel shortage, or traffic fines will be deducted from the deposit.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

7. Vehicle Use Policy

• Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
• Vehicles cannot be used for racing, illegal activities, towing, or subleasing.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

8. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• Shortfall will result in additional charges as per the rental agreement.

9. Mileage Policy

• Certain rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 200 km/day).
• Excess mileage will be charged per vehicle type as stated in the booking.
• Unlimited mileage rentals will be stated clearly at booking.

10. Late Returns

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time.
• Late returns incur hourly or daily fees based on the vehicle type.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must follow the booking-specific policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Non-refundable fees (if any) will be clearly stated at booking.

12. Damage, Liability & Insurance

• Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental period.
• Insurance coverage applies as per the rental agreement.
• Deductibles and liability limits will be communicated before pickup.
• We reserve the right to charge repair costs if damage is caused due to negligence.

13. Privacy and Website Use

• By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its functionality.
• All content (text, images, logos) belongs to Kings Motors Rental. Copying without permission is prohibited.
• Personal data (phone, email, NIC if collected later) will only be used for rental processing and legal purposes.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes arising from rentals will be handled in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
